Orders

Shipping

We ship orders Monday-Friday, orders placed today by 2:00pm Pacific Time , generally ship that day
Orders received on the weekend will ship the next business day
Orders shipping to multiple locations should be entered separately
Shipping costs are calculated by the site once you enter the postal code or country

Returns

We accept returns of products that are defective due to defect in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase at no charge (RMA number required)
- We will credit you for shipping fees
We accept returns within 30 days for any reason with a restocking fee of 15% (RMA number required)
- Returned items must be returned in original product box, including any manuals or packaging. The product MUST be in original condition.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable
All returns require an RMA number. Please contact us via email at info@12voltpower.com to receive an RMA number. On the “Subject” line enter “Need RMA number for Order number XXXXXX (enter your Order number here), include the SKUs, quantities, reason for the return and any additional information. If we have any questions, we will contact you.
The return process can take up to 2 weeks. If you do not receive a refund, please email info@12voltpower.com, on the “Subject” line enter refund not received on RMA # XXXXXX (enter your RMA number here)
